Wendi Lester

Wendi Lester was born in Tyler, Texas, and grew up in the small East Texas town of Jacksonville. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University, located in Nacogdoches, Texas, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services, with a minor in Interpreting for the Deaf in 1996. In 1998, she graduated from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas, where she was a member of the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization recognizing individuals who excel in advocacy and service at their law schools.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Lester worked at two law firms located in the Central Texas area, and thereafter, started her law practice, Wendi Lester & Associates, P.C., in 2000. She practices in the areas of personal injury; family law, including adoption, divorce, and child custody; estate planning, including wills, trusts, and probate; real estate law; and mediation. Additionally, she is a certified mediator.
She has been a member of several professional law associations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Women's Legal Society, and the Williamson County Bar Association. Ms. Lester is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Texas.
Ms. Lester is also very involved in her community. She serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center in Round Rock, Texas. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Georgetown, Texas. She is a member of a non-denominational Christian church called Terra Nova and is a children's praise and worship leader at her church.
Ms. Lester has two sons, Jack who is six-years-old, and Miles who is four-years-old. Outside the practice of law, she enjoys spending time with her family, and other pursuits, such as home improvement and decorating, music and theater, camping, and traveling. She also enjoys many sports, particularly swimming, golf, and tennis.
